The current study aims to investigate the effects of Iraq's fragile state on the security threats to the women of this country using indexes of "state fragility" and "human security". Many thinkers believe that the crisis and civil war in Iraq after 2003 are caused by failure in nation-state building process and weakness of Iraqi government in the maintenance of societal order and unity.The fragility of state in Iraq, during these years has crucially affected the human security specially security of women. This thesis seeks to clarify the role of fragile state of Iraq in exacerbating the crisis giving rise to serious threats to the security of women”}, keywords = {fragile state,Human Security,Iraq,women security}, title_fa = {دولت شکننده در عراق و امنیت زنان}, abstract_fa = {پس از جنگ سرد و حمله‌های تروریستی یازدهم سپتامبر 2001، اصطلاح «دولت‌های شکننده» اهمیت فزاینده‌ای در مباحث امنیتی پیدا کرد و توجه جامعۀ بین‌الملل به چگونگی رویارویی با چنین دولت‌هایی معطوف شد. این نگرانی از چندین عامل ناشی می‌شد: تأکید بر ساختن صلح و امنیت، گسترش این برداشت که توسعه و امنیت ارتباط متقابل دارند و این اصل که ثبات دولت تأثیر زیادی در توسعه دارد. مفهوم دولت شکننده به دولت‌های ضعیفی اشاره دارد که در مقابل تهدیدهای داخلی و خارجی آسیب‌پذیرند و حکومت‌های آنها از مدیریت امور داخلی و سیاست خارجی ناتوان‌اند. بر این اساس، عراق پس از سال 2003 در گروه دولت‌های شکننده قرار گرفته و در طول این سال‌ها همواره در سطح نامطلوبی از ثبات ارزیابی شده است. این نوشتار با استفاده از شاخص‌های شکنندگی دولت و امنیت انسانی در پی بررسی تأثیر دولت شکنندة عراق در بروز تهدیدهای امنیتی نسبت به زنان این کشور است. نقض امنیت انسانی در عراق پس از سال 2003 بر اثر شکست در روند ملت-دولت‌سازی و ضعف حکومت عراق در حفظ نظم و یکپارچگی اجتماعی به‌وجود آمده است. بر این اساس، پرسش اصلی این است که چگونه امنیت زنان در اثر بحران و شکنندگی دولت عراق با تهدید مواجه شده است.}, keywords_fa = {امنیت,امنیت انسانی,دولت شکننده,زنان,عراق}, url = {https://jpq.ut.ac.ir/article_60779.html}, eprint = {https://jpq.ut.ac.ir/article_60779_ac5eed26cf0a23b183f2a5a51df8a779.pdf} }
