The main question here, in this article, is about the historical role of minorities in the democracy project. I tend to present a new definition of the concept of minority which is mostly inspired by the political philosophy of Deleuze and Guattari. This will help us rediscover various dimensions of ‘special situation’ of minorities in modern societies. According to this novel perspective, I suggest an effective alternative for defending the essential rights of minorities which replaces the identarian politics and aims to deconstruct the duality of majority/minority. In the end, by rejecting the presuppositions about the majority identity and the minority identity at the same time, we see how, with ‘becoming minority’ as its revolutionary principle, a new image of democracy will appear.}, keywords = {Majoritarian democracy,Majority identity,Minoritarian politics,Minorities’ special situation,Ressentiment,Stranger}, title_fa = {اقلیت‌شدن به‌مثابۀ کنشی انقلابی مقدمه‌ای بر ایدۀ «دموکراسی اقلیتی»}, abstract_fa = {در روزگار ما شاید بیش از هر مقطع تاریخی دیگری مسئلۀ اقلیتها ذهن اندیشمندان و دستاندرکاران سیاست را درگیر کرده است. اینکه اقلیتها چه نقش و جایگاهی در پیشبرد پروژۀ دموکراسی دارند؟ پرسش اصلی این مقاله است. در این مقاله ضمن ارائۀ تعریف جدیدی از مفهوم اقلیت که الهام‌گرفته از فلسفۀ سیاسی دلوز و گوتاری است تلاش میکنیم تا ابعاد گوناگون «موقعیت ویژۀ» اقلیتها در جوامع دموکراتیک امروزی را بررسی کنیم. بر مبنای چشماندازی که در برابر ما گشوده خواهد شد، سیاست بدیلی را برای دفاع از حقوق اقلیتها پیشنهاد خواهیم کرد که نه تنها جایگزینی کارآمد برای جنبشها و جریانهای اجتماعی‌سیاسی ملهم از «سیاست هویتی» باشد؛ بلکه مسیر شالوده‌شکنی از دوگانۀ اکثریت‌اقلیت را هموار کند. در نهایت نشان خواهیم داد که چگونه با کنارگذاشتن انگارههای پیشین در رابطه با هویت اکثریت و هویت اقلیت تصویر بی‌سابقه‌ای از دموکراسی جلوهگر میشود که اصل «اقلیتشدن» در بَطن جریان انقلابی آن قرار دارد.}, keywords_fa = {Majoritarian democracy,Majority identity,Minoritarian politics,Minorities’ special situation,Ressentiment,Stranger}, url = {https://jpq.ut.ac.ir/article_68170.html}, eprint = {https://jpq.ut.ac.ir/article_68170_de6e416487f24bacc09745bf02ef8574.pdf} }
