In other words, the main reason for the racist actions of the majority is the fear of the minority gaining power. Meanwhile, the United States has a long history of racism. The main racist structures in the United States include slavery, racial segregation, separate schools for Indians, and large camps for the detention of foreign asylum seekers. This article seeks to answer the following questions: What has been the most important challenges for blacks in the United States, especially since Donald Trump's presidency? And what have been the main consequences of racism? By using Gurr's theory of relative deprivation and method of historical sociology, the authors show evidences of political, economic, civil, and security deprivations of blacks in the United States. The consequences of this issue include deepening the national divide, changes in the power distribution, deep divisions among the Republicans, the growth of radical black movements, the increasing independence of some states, and intensification of insecurity.}, keywords = {blacks,African Americans,racism,Trump,the United States,Relative Deprivation}, title_fa = {پان آمریکانیسم دونالد ترامپ و محرومیت‌های فزایندة سیاه‌پوستان در ایالات متحده؛ تبیین پیامدهای نژادپرستی در دو سطح خرد و کلان}, abstract_fa = {هرچند ریشه‌های نژادپرستی مدرن به قرن نوزدهم و به نظریة کنت دوگوبینو برمی‌گردد، اما این مفهوم در بسیاری از جوامع توسعه‌یافتة صنعتی امروزی به‌مثابة تثبیت برتری یک قوم بر دیگری نیست، بلکه تداعی‌کنندة مفهوم کنترل است. به دیگر سخن، علت اصلی اعمال نژادپرستی از سوی اکثریت، بیم از قدرت گرفتن اقلیت است. در این میان، ایالات متحده پیشینه‌ای طولانی در مسئلة نژادپرستی دارد. عمده‌ترین ساختارهای نژادپرستانه در آمریکا شامل برده‌داری، جداسازی نژادی، مدارس جداگانه برای سرخ‌پوستان و اردوگاه‌های بزرگ بازداشت پناه‌جویان خارجی بوده است. مقالة حاضر درصدد ارائة پاسخی متقن به این پرسش است که مهم‌ترین چالش‌های سیاه‌پوستان در ایالات متحده به‌ویژه از زمان ریاست جمهوری دونالد ترامپ چه بوده است و در ادامه مهم‌ترین پیامدهای این مسئله را چه مواردی می‌توان دانست؟ یافته‌های مقاله که با استفاده از تئوری محرومیت نسبی تد رابرت گر و استفاده از روش جامعه‌شناسی تاریخی (روش تحقیق) است، نشان‌دهندة محرومیت‌های اقتصادی، سیاسی، مدنی و امنیتی سیاهان در ایالات متحده است. پیامدهای این مسئله نیز در سطح خرد شامل مواردی همچون تعمیق شکاف میان دولت- ملت، تغییر در هندسة قدرت و شکاف‌های فزاینده در میان جمهوری‌خواهان است و در سطح کلان نیز می‌توان به سه مسئلة شکل‌گیری جنبش‌های رادیکال سیاهان در آمریکا، استقلال و جدایی برخی از ایالت‌ها و تشدید ناامنی‌ها اشاره کرد.}, keywords_fa = {ایالات متحده,ترامپ,سیاه‌پوستان,محرومیت نسبی,نژادپرستی}, url = {https://jpq.ut.ac.ir/article_80403.html}, eprint = {https://jpq.ut.ac.ir/article_80403_9466484bdc30b7ae0519d8d50bdcceda.pdf} }
