However the public authorities frequently in the excuse of protection of the order and security or the necessity situation have confined the liberties and interfere in the privacy. The 9/11 terrorist attacks in the USA has established a new security environment that the USA government by enouncing the interventionist laws and regulations including USA PTRIOT ACT has violate the individual rights and privacy.
