As far as the determination of the government’s highest officials, laws and regulations by visiting the popular vote. In majority of western and eastern societies, there is unshakable proof of knowledge and its reliability. This credit is accepted in secular societies as well ideologue ones. Meanwhile, some non-Muslim scholars, and almost all Muslim scholars have questioned the validity and reliability of the absolute majority of the objections; where is the authority and credibility of the majority and the principles of credibility in the political system? This study is located between the pros and cons of topics and represents each of its attributes.
