Wathever it wasn’t as well as scale of the other west countries like Spain, Italy and Britain has incured, but this is a big history apreation mistack that any body to notice terrorism as a new phenemenon after 11 September coming to this country. In this research in the first section evalution social bases and goals of domestic and foreign terrorist groups in U.S., and in the secound section the influence of U.S. anti terrorism policy in hand right terrorist groups will be analyzed.
