Publication Ethics

With regard to the ethical principles of article publication, the journal is committed to protecting the rights of authors, contributors and content producers, as well as the rights of its audience and readers. In order to do justice to this importance, and in line with the international scientific community, it has therefore based its operations on the rules of ethics in global publishing and has established its policies on this basis.

 

This journal follows all the terms and conditions of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with ethical laws. Ethical principles for publishing articles

The author and those involved in the publication (editor, editorial board, internal manager, editor and publisher) must accept and agree to the publication's rules and code of ethics.

 Publication and printing decisions

The publication must respect the laws of literary and artistic property (copyright) and protect the rights of individuals during publication.

Fair decisions about articles

Decisions about submissions should be made at all stages without regard to the race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, nationality or political philosophy of the authors.

 Confidentiality of information

Personal information about authors of articles must be kept completely confidential and protected at all times by all persons who have access to it, such as the editor, members of the editorial board and the internal and executive director of the publication, and by other active agents (other than the corresponding author), such as reviewers, consultants, editors and trusted publishers.

 Respect for the interests of individuals

The possibility of using the results of other people's research should be done with reference and explicit written permission from the author.

 

Duties of reviewers

  1. Assist in editorial decision making

The reviewers should assist the editor of the journal in the quality, content and scientific judgement of the articles, or help to improve and enhance the quality and content of the articles through communication between the members of the editorial board and the reviewing author.

  1. Speed of action

After the initial review, the selected reviewers should immediately inform the editor of the publication of the result, which includes

  1. Confidentiality of information

All information in the articles should be considered confidential to the arbitrator and the arbitrator should try to keep it that way.

  1. Arbitration by providing scientific and transparent documentation and arguments

 Judgement of articles should be based on scientific documentation and sufficient reasoning, clear and transparent, and these documents should be presented to publications and authors, and refrain from expressing taste, personal, racial, religious, etc. opinions in review articles.

  1. Attention to sources used in the article

 Paying attention to the sources used in the article is another duty of the reviewers. All research, themes and quotations used in the article must be fully referenced in the bibliography.

  1. Non-Review of Articles with Personal Purposes

The reviewers should not accept articles in which the interests of certain individuals, institutions and companies are served or personal relationships are observed.

 

Responsibilities of authors

  1. Presentation of scientific and standard articles

Authors of articles should prepare them scientifically and coherently, according to the standards of publication. The methodology used in the article is accurate and objective, and the data are reported correctly. Respect the rights of others in the article by giving full credit. Refrain from discussing sensitive and unethical, taste and personal, racial and religious issues, as well as false and incorrect information and translation of other people's works without mentioning the title in the article.

  1. Provide raw data if necessary

 The author is asked to present and introduce the raw data, interviews or questionnaires and other tools used in the research, where appropriate. Public access to this information helps to improve the work of articles.

  1. Originality of the submitted article

Articles submitted by authors should be the author's own work and any use of other people's research should be acknowledged in the article.

  1. Non-simultaneous publication of an article or an accepted and printed article

 It is against the rules to submit an article to more than one publication at the same time, or to publish or accept an article in other publications.

  1. Failure to provide proper referencing

Referencing includes citing all books, publications, websites and other research by individuals in the bibliography.

  1. Mention the responsible person and colleagues in the article and make sure that there are no unrelated names.

The person responsible for the article is the person who has made a substantial contribution to the preparation, drafting, design and execution of the article, and other authors are also mentioned as collaborators in the article, and the lead author of the article should be responsible for the existence of the names and information of all authors, and the absence of names other than the authors of the article ensures that all authors have read the article and agreed to its submission.

  1. Information about possible dangers to humans or other creatures

Any risks to humans or other creatures from the author's research should be clearly stated in the article.

  1. Mention of financial support

Authors should also acknowledge any financial support for their article.

  1. Announcing the existence of fundamental errors in articles

If an author discovers an error or oversight in an article, the author should notify the publication, take steps to correct the error, or withdraw the article.
