Transnational Organized Crime (TOC) developed in the post world war era and during the cold war, between super powers. Political problems encumbered states to take a notice to TOC. As a result, they could increase their organization and crimes. As today, trafficking and international terrorism have imperiled political and economical existence, independency and solidarity of nations .The aim of this article is finding the causes of globalization of crime in EU by using English school.
