Two important points form the basis of this article. First, according to some researchers, the main infrastructure of Mulla Sadra's philosophy, is ontological and he have little to say in the field of epistemology. Contrary to this popular belief, it seems that his philosophy has a major capability for epistemologic interpretations, especially In relation to intersubjectivity.second is Comparison of these interpretation with some concepts in Husserl and Heidegger’s phenomenology such as Life-World. It can be shown that there is a major likeness between Marrateb Of Vojood (The Existential Gradation) in Mulla Sadra and Life-World in Husserl or Heidegger. Accordingly, although none of the two philosophical schools have no direct payments to political philosophy, but conclusions of this article can be used for new interpretation of Epistemological foundations of sociological political legitimacy.
