Technology transfer is one of the most preoccupation of the developing countries and their technological policy. Technology transfer is elaborated in literature of this field but few argumentation has been developed to support the role of tacit knowledge in this regard. This article discuss this role in ICT policy. Without particular attention to the tacit knowledge and its different aspects in the process of technology transfer any technological public policy could not be sustainable.
