THE CRISIS OF DISHARMONY AMONG THE THREE POWERS OF SOVEREIGNTY: THE CASE STUDY OF IRAN

Abstract

Sometimes, disharmony among the three powers of sovereignty emerges as an important crisis in political system and reduces its efficiency. In this article, analyzing the disharmony crisis, a theoretical description regarding the main indicators of this crisis has been offered. In the framework of the above mentioned theoretical description the main indicators of the disharmony crisis are 1) the disagreement among the three powers of sovereignty 2) the lack of efficient legal mechanisms for restoration of harmony and 3) the formation of trouble in the functions of political system. Iran’s experience regarding the subject has been considered as the case study and the main outcome is to access a proper conceptual instrument for theoretical portrayal of the disharmony crisis among the three powers of sovereignty.
