The main argument of this article is that American Behaviour toward Iran under the Eisenhower Administration become subject to fundamental shift from '' limited interventionism '' to '' increasing interventionism ''. This policy based on the ''New Deal'' and ''Massive Retaliation'' led the US to intervene unprecedently in Iran's internal affairs, and as a result, it became the major Political, Economic and militarily actor in Iranian politics. On this basis, adopting a new approach and drawing on Primary and Secondary sources, this article seeks to explain US attitude toward Iran under the Eisenhower Administration, espeacially following 1953 coup d'etat in Iran.
