The Information Revolution is one of the important problem that affects many aspects our life. This Revolution and It’s Technology not only increase the actors in International Relations but also creates the new rules and new space. Because, this Revolution and It’s political effects , The main purpose of this paper is the examination of International Relations Theories about this problem. So in the first section of this paper we define the concept of Information Revolution and it’s relation to International Politics and in the rest of this paper we examine Tree different theory about the effects of Information Revolution on national security.
