کاربست مدل تصمیم‌گیری شهودی چندوجهی در سیاست هسته‌ای تا حصول برجام

چکیده

مدل تصمیم‌گیریشهودی چندوجهی، صفحۀ تصمیم را ماتریسی می‌داند از راه حل‌ها و ابعاد تصمیم که سیاستگذاران و تصمیم‌گیران در عرصۀ سیاست خارجی از راهبردهای متعدد تصمیم‌گیری از جمله راهبردهای بهینه (و نه همیشه بیشینه) در زمان تصمیم‌گیری استفاده می‌کنند. یک راهبرد تصمیم، مجموعه‌ای از شیوه‌ها و رویه‌هاست که تصمیم‌گیرنده را درگیر انتخاب میان راه حل‌های متعدد کرده و همچنین قاعدۀ تصمیم که حکم می‌کند چگونه نتایج انتخاب یادشده را در ایجاد تصمیم واقعی به‌کار برد، به‌طوری که سیاستگذاران فرایندی دومرحله‌ای را به‌کار می‌برند: بررسی مقدماتی میان راه حل‌های در دسترس و انتخاب بهترین راه حل از میان فهرست نتایج مرحلۀ اول با هدف کمینه کردن ریسک و بیشینه کردن سود. به همین دلیل این مدل تصمیم‌گیری در عرصۀ سیاست خارجی بهتر از دیگر مدل‌های رایج، تصمیم‌سازی در زمینۀ سیاست هسته‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران تا حصول برجام را تبیین می‌کند.

Intuitive multi-page decision making matrix model knows The solutions and the decisions of policy makers in the field of foreign policy decision-making of multiple strategies including optimum strategies (and not always the maximum) at the time of making decisions Design a strategy, a set of practices and procedures which are the decision makers involved in the choice between multiple solutions As well as the decision rule that dictates how the results of the above-mentioned choice used in making real decisions so that policy-makers to apply a two-stage process A preliminary study of the solutions available and choose the best solution from among the list of results first step towards minimizing risk and maximizing profits That's why this model is better than other current models of decision-making in foreign policy decision-making on the nuclear policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran until explain Comprehensive Plan of Action joint
